Crackheads Like Chasing Laser Pointers Like Cats

I’ve never seen anything like this before, but I think it’s safe to say that this guy is probably a crackhead.

From what I can gather from the video, a group of guys have a really strong laser pointer and are shooting it from their window up in their apartment. When the guy on the street below see’s it, he starts to chase it around and even tries to catch it with his hands.

This is why you should never do drugs kids.
