I think everyone would like to feel more energized throughout the day. There are actually tons of things you can do to give yourself a boost and keep you feeling great all day long.
One thing you can do is listen to music while you work. Listening to music while your work will spark those pleasure centers of the brain and boost your productivity. I listen to music every day at work, and it makes me much more comfortable.
Another thing you can do is to move your gym workout to the mornings instead of after work. I can attest to this myself. I’ve tried to workout after work and it’s fine, but if you workout before work, you won’t believe how much energy you have throughout the day.
