A common reason products are returned after online purchases are because the products aren’t the actual size expected. Pictures on internet shopping sites can be deceiving, but now there’s a new service for website owners to help them increase their conversions and lessen the chances of product returns.
True Size is a new service that will show a product full-scale on your computer screen. All you have to do is choose the appropriate monitor size and the image will adjust to give you an accurate preview of how large or small the product is. I love this idea.
I actually just read an article recently about someone who purchased a set of bowls on Amazon and when they got them in the mail, the largest bowl was about the size of an apple. Ha ha. I’m sure plenty of those buyers promptly returned their miniature bowls.
What kind of watches are those?
I really like this idea as well, since it is so hard to gauge size on the internet.
They’re Victorinox Swiss Army watches. I pulled the photo from the True Size website actually.
